in Chorleywood:-

Includes: Ribroast, Topside/Silverside joints,
Roasting beef, Fillet steak, Braising steak,
Stewing steak, Rump steak, Sirloin steak,
Brisket and Mince.

The weight can range from 40lbs to 60lbs
depending on the size of the carcass.

We charge £4 per lb which gives a price within
the range £160 to £240
